Head of FP&A – EMEA

This position is a fixed-term opportunity for up to 18 months, providing maternity cover within the team.
About the role
We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded finance leader to head up our FP&A function across the EMEA region. This is a critical role, shaping how we plan, forecast and drive performance across a diverse and fast‑paced market. Leading a regional team, you’ll take ownership of forecasting, budgeting and long‑term strategic planning, alongside delivering insightful financial analysis and supporting commercial reporting. Your work will directly influence decision‑making at a senior level and help steer the business towards its growth ambitions.
You’ll collaborate closely with finance colleagues and key stakeholders across the Minerals Division, driving consistency, best practice and continuous improvement in FP&A and reporting processes across the region.
