Position Summary:

Provides leadership, guidance and direction to the accounting team within a business unit/group. Develops and implements internal controls and monitors success to minimize risk. Partners with business leader(s) to drive business results and strategy. Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports. Manages business unit/group accounting, budgeting, management reporting and analysis, other financial systems and methods within general corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements.
