Key Responsibilities

1. Fixed Assets Management & Insurance (Marine & TM) (Mandatory):

• Oversee capitalization, depreciation, and tracking of fixed assets
• Ensure adequate insurance coverage and claims management

2. Inventory & Cost Accounting (Mandatory)

• Manage inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and controls
• Handle product costing & profitability, variance analysis,

3. Direct Taxation (Income Tax, Transfer Pricing) (Mandatory)

• Ensure compliance with income tax regulations and filings
• Manage transfer pricing/Income Tax documentation and assessments, appeals

4. Banking & Cash Flow Management (Mandatory)

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization
