What the role is
You will be part of the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Division to oversee and drive the implementation of Workforce Transformation programmes/grants/initiatives to support enterprises in embarking on Workforce Transformation and strengthening its nexus with Enterprise Transformation.
What you will be working on Responsibilities- Planning and implementation of key workforce transformation (WT) initiatives under the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Division including but not limited to:
- SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (WDG)
- SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)
- Drive development and manage dependencies of WT initiatives systems as the business/product owner.
- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap across related systems.
- Oversee end‑to‑end product lifecycle management and system operations across all EWTD workstreams.
