Role Purpose
- Drive detailed budgeting of a cluster of 4‑6 projects and oversee billing related activities for that cluster.
- Coordinate post‑win and pre‑design project budgeting with the Project Head based on bid details, and drive material and quantity reconciliations.
- Review quantity calculations prepared by the Design team and ensure accurate preparation of BOQs.
- Act as a third‑level review for validating client and sub‑contractor bills, ensuring adherence to contractual compliances and GRIL guidelines.
- Escalate and resolve budgeting and billing related concerns for the cluster.
- Identify deviations from the finalized billing schedule, analyze root causes, and raise concerns as required.
- Support the VP–Operations team and guide Associate‑B&B Offices in examining the documents of CoS and applying learnings from other projects.
