Senior Manager – Enterprise Risk & Governance

Our client is growing their risk & compliance team and are hiring a Senior Manager – Enterprise Risk and Governance. This is a growth role, reporting directly to the newly appointed CRO. You will be responsible for uplifting and maturing RMFs; refining and enhancing enterprise risk and governance frameworks and advising on operational risk. Line 1 and Line 2 focused, as the business moves towards SFI status. Key requirements include: Framework uplift & design: Modernise RMF to ensure alignment with prudential expectations; Framework embedment & change: Partner with the business to improve ownership of risk practices; Risk profiling and insight: Improve visibility of business risk; and Governance & regulatory alignment: APRA, ASIC, AUSTRAC regulatory obligations.
