  • Lead and manage multiple engineering teams, including senior engineers, tech leads, and potentially other engineering managers

    Technical and behavioral mentoring
    Clear growth paths for ICs and future leaders

  • Own hiring, onboarding, and team composition: 
    Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract top engineering talent
    Make strong hiring decisions aligned with long-term team health

  • Drive performance management: 
    Set clear expectations and goals
    Conduct performance reviews and compensation input
    Proactively address performance issues with empathy and clarity
