Senior Manager, Distribution Insights and Analytics

Opportunity

RBC is seeking a Senior Manager to support the Data Insights and Analytics function for the Distribution Transformation Program. As we move towards our digital‑first ambition, this role will be critical in driving the large‑scale distribution transformation by building data analytics and insights functions, establishing mechanisms to effectively monitor performance, enabling use‑cases and driving management insights. The successful candidate will partner closely with stakeholders to streamline and prioritise data builds, design and deliver reporting mechanisms, and drive program‑level management insights.
