Senior Manager (Digital Transformation Office)

What the role is:

The Senior Manager (Digital Transformation) supports the implementation of PA’s digital transformation initiatives by working closely with pilot Constituency Offices (COs) to operationalise redesigned workflows and digital tools.

The role focuses on ground implementation, stakeholder coordination and change adoption to ensure that digitalisation efforts improve operational efficiency and support community engagement. The incumbent will work as part of the Ground Digitalisation Taskforce to implement end-to-end process improvements for key grassroots operations and support the scaling of successful practices across COs.
