We are looking for a Senior Manager – Night Shift, for our Omnichannel Distribution Center (DC) at our European Logistics Center (ELC) across Ham & Laakdal in Belgium. This is a unique opportunity for you to inspire, lead and coach athletes (employees) in a large-scale Nike Distribution Center and to shape the culture of “Athletes Serving Athletes Personally” and bring it to life. You lead the teams to build one consistent culture of belonging, operational accountable to run the DC’s (150-400 FTE), using data as insight to drive continuous improvement in shifts and embed change.
