Responsibilities
- Own high-impact data science work across product data science and fair play, building novel algorithms and models to shape the user experience.
- Design and deploy creative heuristics and models to identify cheating at scale using statistical and data science toolkits.
- Manage a lean team of data scientists, turning strategy into clear objectives and providing feedback to help teammates grow.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate data findings into product vision and execution.

Requirements
