Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Awareness & Engagement

The Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Awareness & Engagement is responsible for leading Bell's enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness, engagement, education, and culture programs. The role is accountable for driving secure behaviours across the organization by developing innovative awareness initiatives, targeted communications, learning programs, executive engagement activities, and behavioural change campaigns that reduce human cyber risk and strengthen Bell's security culture.

Reporting to the Director, Information Security, this position leads a team of awareness and engagement professionals and works closely with Information Security, Bell Cyber, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Privacy, Corporate Security, and business units to ensure security remains a shared responsibility across Bell.
