The Sr Manager, Cyber Security reports to the VP of IT and is a hands‑on leader responsible for implementing and managing cybersecurity standards and operations in a highly regulated gaming environment. Implement and continuously improve the organization’s cyber security technology to reduce risk exposure and incidents while aligning with business and regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain cyber security policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks aligned with AGCO, OLG, NIST, ISO27001, and CIS Controls.
