**Purpose**

The Senior Manager, Customer Value Insights Contributes to the overall success of Canadian Banking, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the Bank’s business strategies and objectives. The role will primarily be accountable for delivery of business intelligence and data analytics in support of Sale Channels, Customer Performance and Customer Profitability. Using analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, SAS, Python, Advanced Excel, SAS), this role will have access to a wide range of data sources to uncover insights and support various business initiatives.
