Senior Manager, Corporate Development

Job Summary

Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategic Finance, the Senior Manager, Corporate Development will evaluate and close strategic acquisitions for TMX Group and its business units.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct in‑depth financial analysis and valuation of potential acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain complex three‑statement models including DCF and accretion/dilution analysis across various scenarios.
• Lead and project manage external advisors, corporate functions, business units and IMO through due diligence and transaction execution.
• Own due diligence workstreams and identify research on market multiples and precedent transactions.
• Create high‑quality presentation materials for executive and board level stakeholders.
