Senior Manager – Core Audit, Assurance

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality assurance services to clients and their stakeholders
• Maintain productive relationships with client management
• Lead and participate in audit procedures focusing on complex issues
• Collaborate on engagement objectives and audit strategies
• Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers
• Monitor engagement team's progress against the plan
• Generate new business opportunities

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience using IFRS and US GAAP
• Post-graduate diploma or degree in Accounting preferred
• Canadian CPA, CA designation or reciprocal CPA, CA designation mandatory
• Extensive knowledge of IFRS conversion
• Knowledge of SOX and GAAP
