Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Director, Construction & Engineering, this position is primarily responsible for establishing and upholding global standards, governance, and technical excellence for RBC’s construction and engineering projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. All responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the Code of Conduct, RBC Values and Guiding Principles, ensuring adherence to Privacy Principles.

What will you do?

• Construction Governance: Develop, implement, and enforce global policies, procedures, and best practices for project delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and RBC-specific requirements. This includes but is not limited to end‑to‑end playbooks between RBC and its services partners as well as the horizontal workflow from design to delivery model.
