Role Summary

The Senior Manager – Policies is an experienced and detail‑oriented compliance professional who leads the development, implementation and governance of compliance frameworks, policies and procedures pertaining to all applicable regulatory obligations at group level. Sitting within Group Compliance and reporting to the Head of Compliance Strategy & Transformation, this is a critical role in the delivery of the Group Compliance transformation agenda, translating UAE regulations as well as G42 guidelines into clear, practical and enforceable policy frameworks that are applied consistently across all functions and entities.
