What you will be working on:
- You will draw on best practices in compensation to set the policy direction, design and execution of compensation for the purposes of attraction and retention.
- Specifically, you will be involved in salary scheme design and market benchmarking as well as the annual determinations of salaries, promotions and bonuses to draw up competitive and fair Compensation and Benefits (C&B) packages for URA.
- You will also be involved in related initiatives such as job evaluation exercises and analysis of the organisational structure/Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) where required.
What we are looking for:
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a C&B HR practitioner. Familiarity with the Singapore Public Service context will be a plus.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to cut through complexity to push for clear solutions.
