Position Summary: Design, develop and implement compensation and benefit solutions that support the strategy and programs of the IS Bank Malaysia. Provide expert advice to HR Business Partners and senior management on all aspects of Compensation and Benefit programs, policies and solutions.

What you will do

• Develop compensation and benefit strategies, policies and frameworks to support the business’s goals and objectives, including an international mobility policy for Malaysia.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to drive compensation and benefit solutions that support major business change initiatives such as growth, role realignment and M&A.
