OverviewSenior Manager, Change Management, Training and Communication leads the change enablement approach supporting the FP&A modernization program and enterprise-wide implementation of Anaplan. This role is accountable for ensuring business readiness, driving adoption, and embedding new ways of working to realize measurable business outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesLead the design and execution of integrated change management strategies to support FP&A modernization and Anaplan adoption.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess change impacts, identify risks, and develop mitigation approaches that support business capability.
Act as a strategic partner to Program Management to align and integrate change activities with program priorities and milestones.
Build and maintain relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment, influence decision-making, and reinforce accountability outcomes.
