Job Summary
Take personal responsibility and accountability for understanding the risk and compliance requirements of my role. Understand and comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Group's policies, procedures and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively identify, elevate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance matters. Contribute to a culture in which all stakeholders feel safe to raise concerns and where risk and compliance matters are addressed and misconduct appropriately dealt with.
Key Responsibilities
- Adherence to laws and regulations, internal risk and compliance policies and the Group Code of Conduct by developing and managing a sustainable and scalable regulatory operations capability.
- Timely completion of all mandatory risk and compliance training, including e-learning by the set deadlines.
