Senior Manager – Capital Projects, PMO

Responsibilities

Own and lead the North American manufacturing capital portfolio

Ensure strong alignment between investment priorities, site strategies, and execution plans

Drive stage-gate governance and decision-making discipline

Oversee delivery across the full lifecycle: concept → execution → commissioning → handover

Ensure best-in-class project controls (cost, schedule, risk, change)

Intervene early to address risks and underperformance

Work directly with site leaders and asset owners to define project success

Balance operational constraints with growth and compliance requirements

Integrate projects seamlessly into live plant environments

Elevate PMO maturity across the region through tools, coaching, and standards

Strengthen contractor performance and commercial outcomes

Embed lessons learned and continuous improvement practices
