Senior Manager, Cable Assembly Process Development

TE Connectivity is looking for a Senior Manager for Manufacturing & Process Development Engineering based in Hermosillo, Mexico.
This role involves leading a team responsible for developing assembly processes for power cable assemblies, ensuring effective collaboration with manufacturing engineering.The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of managerial experience in a multinational setting, familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and fluency in English.
This position also requires excellent leadership and communication skills.
