Senior Manager – 3PL Improvement & Logistics Excellence

CSL Behring is seeking a Senior Manager, Head of 3PL & Improvement Management to lead a team responsible for governance and performance of third‑party logistics providers and to advance the continuous improvement program across the Logistics & Warehousing Switzerland network.

You will oversee end-to-end 3PL activities, drive process improvements, digitalization, and automation, and ensure strong performance reporting to stakeholders with clear KPIs.
