**Role Overview**
**Sodexo** is seeking a **Senior Manager 1, Field Marketing** to support 40–50 K-12 school districts in the South-Central region. This is a **remote role** with up to 50% travel; candidates in **IL, IN, MI, and WI** are strongly preferred and must live near a major airport. In this role, you’ll be the strategic marketing partner to operations teams—driving **student engagement, brand execution, and marketing excellence** across your region. We’re looking for a creative, collaborative leader with strong operational insight to deliver growth, satisfaction, and participation in K-12 schools.
