Senior Maintenance Technician

**Summary**
Perform complex troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs on filling and packaging equipment for glass, PET, and aluminum bottled beverages, including fabrication of parts as needed.
Plan and execute installations and calibrations of PLCs, servomotors, robotic assemblies, HMIs, and automation systems, while designing equipment recipes and control configurations.
Train technicians in troubleshooting, sensor calibration, robotics adjustments, and line control programming to ensure operational reliability.
Maintain safety compliance, update maintenance records in the management system, and promote a clean, GMP- and HACCP-compliant work environment.
