You will also be the first power user of every new Dealflou feature — AI diligence agents, comparables cross-check, audit-graded NDAs — and the founders read your daily feedback loop directly.
What you'll own
- 01 Own the financial modelling on 4–6 concurrent mandates
- 02 Curate the comparables dataset · public + community submissions
- 03 Run the AI diligence pass on every CIM v3 and review every flag
- 04 Author cross-check findings against precedent transactions
- 05 Mentor the junior analyst on platform usage and modelling rigour
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in an investment bank, PE firm or boutique M&A advisor
- Modelling fluency · LBO + DCF + multiples + working capital
