You will manage multi-cam footage, optimize audio, craft high-retention episodes, and anchor the production pipeline so downstream editors can extract assets with zero friction.

You should have 1+ year experience in video podcasts, YouTube optimization, and motion graphics, with proficiency in CapCut and
