Senior Logistics Management Executive

• Window person to manage/coordinate entire vehicle delivery plan process/steps from port/factory to dealership
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor vehicle movement, delivery schedules, and logistics service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Conduct regular stock count, vehicle and stockyard maintenance/condition
• Ensure proper vehicle handling, storage, and stockyard maintenance to minimize damage and quality issues
• Planning and distribution of new vehicle accessories
• Propose/Improve logistic management SOPs and Risk Management
• Manage/plan/prepare on other related tasks such as APs, VTA Certificate, VTA stickers, etc
• Weekly/monthly update on stocks level/ageing/location and delivery planning
• Others ad hoc project/report required by management.
