We are looking for a
Senior Litigation Associate
to join a growing litigation platform.
The associate will work primarily on a growing
personal injury, insurance, and civil litigation practice , with the opportunity to assist other lawyers on appropriate litigation matters.
This is a role for someone who wants
meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and a high degree of independence . The right candidate will be trusted to move files forward with good judgment, minimal supervision, and a practical understanding of what clients need.
Requirements
Litigation experience is mandatory
6+ years of litigation experience
Experience in personal injury, insurance litigation, or broader civil litigation
Ability to independently manage files, assess strategy, deal with opposing counsel, and move matters toward resolution
