Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters, aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on disputes, contracts, and risk exposure.
• Coordinate and oversee external counsel globally, ensuring consistency, quality, and cost control.
• Draft and review key legal documents such as pleadings, claims, legal opinions, and settlements.
