Role Overview:
This role requires deep expertise in Linux administration, advanced troubleshooting, infrastructure automation, cloud/virtualization, and container orchestration with OpenShift. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L3 support for complex Linux server issues across enterprise environments
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes
• Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and capacity planning of Linux systems
