Talent Sourcer with deep, hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search.
This role is strictly focused on precision candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter.

You will be responsible for analyzing job descriptions, building high-accuracy Boolean strings, and saving exact-match candidate profiles into the LinkedIn Recruiter pipeline. This is not an outreach, coordination, or end-to-end recruiting role.
