Senior Lending and Portfolio Analyst

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role within BOQ Finance, where you’ll sit at the centre of deal execution and portfolio performance, helping to bring complex credit transactions to life. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution and ongoing management of credit submissions, ensuring every submission to line 2 is of a high quality, is commercially sound, and aligned to risk appetite and Policy requirements.

Working in close partnership with Distribution, Credit Risk, and a broad set of internal specialists, you will shape and structure transactions, guiding them from initial concept through to approval. You will bring commercial opportunities into focus—translating deal intent into well-structured, compelling credit proposals and applying thoughtful judgement to risk, security, and overall deal design.
