Senior Legal Counsel

 Create Effective/Efficient operational process within both Legal and ALJ as a whole Writing, reviewing, analyzing, modifying and negotiating a variety of complex commercial agreements and other contractual instruments. 

 Contributing to the development and improvement of form agreements and templates to streamline processes and constantly improve efficiencies. 

 Initiate or lead the development of innovative approaches to contracting requirements, obligations and exposures. 

 Interpreting FCC (Fair Competition Code) requirements, contract requirements and obligations, and offering the strategy to achieve the business goal. 

 Verifying compliance with relevant laws, regulations and FCC and analyzing the risks to set the clear legal guideline for business partners.
