Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor and supervise matters under his/her area of responsibilities with the objective of ensuring that legal and financial exposure are mitigated & other risks are minimized and the most favorable outcomes are achieved;
- Prepare, develop, review, monitor and enhance agreements/legal documents and ensure all legal documents and advisory produced by the unit are registered and kept in accordance with the Legal Division’s policies and procedures;
- Advise and provide legal opinion based on thorough research and study of the latest legal development and take into account Company’s business need and direction.
- Develop, review, monitor and enhance Legal Division’s policies and procedures and provide training to stakeholders as and when required;
