Senior Legal Counsel I

To provide legal advice and counsel to corporate officers, managers and employees of the Corporation and its various lines of business. Under the general direction of the General Counsel or Associate General Counsel, this individual provides direction and legal counsel to the Corporation and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and joint ventures. May advise on contracts, provider networks and credentialing, litigation, regulatory issues, risk management, operational issues, human resources issues, etc. Will have primary subject matter expert responsibility for one or more business units or shared services functions.
