Senior Legal Counsel

• This role requires relocation to Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate international commercial contracts and provide legal advice on cross-border transactions
• Support cross-border M&A activities, including legal due diligence, transaction documentation and legal opinions
• Manage international trade disputes, including litigation, arbitration, negotiations and enforcement matters
• Partner with and manage external counsel across various jurisdictions
• Advise on overseas investment projects and support business expansion initiatives
• Drive global compliance programmes, including export controls, antitrust and other regulatory matters
• Provide legal support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters as required
