About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Specialist to manage the full leasing cycle from lead generation through to contract signing and site handover. The role is responsible for maximizing occupancy and revenue through competitive pricing, pipeline management, and effective renewals while ensuring tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and cross‑functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end leasing cycle, including prospect qualification, needs assessment, proposal preparation, negotiation, terms approval, contract issuance, addenda, and site handover.
- Achieve occupancy and revenue targets through an annual leasing plan for the portfolio and active management of the leasing schedule to minimize vacancies and reduce tenant turnover.
