Senior Leasing Office Consultant (Barcelona)

What this job involves

• Prospect and identify office buildings for marketing, sale or rent (networking, press, database, Internet...), by analyzing basic parameters such as asset situation, environment, and prices.
• Negotiate exclusive marketing mandates.
• Manage the entire marketing process until the lease contract is signed.
• Develop a Business Plan for each asset under responsibility.
• Identify potential tenants for each mandate and analyze tenant needs to find the best asset.
• Proactively search for opportunities and mandates.
• Periodically monitor marketing status with landlords.

Qualifications

• University degree in law, business or a related field.
• Three years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced level of English.
• Planned and decisive, with strong negotiation skills and initiative.
