Senior Lease Executive

fäm Properties is establishing a dedicated Lease Operations Department to centralise and streamline the full lease deal lifecycle. The Senior Lease Executive — Team Leader will own and lead this department from the ground up, acting as the senior operational authority on all lease transactions processed in-house.

This is a hands‑on leadership role — not a supervisory‑only position. The right candidate will manage the team, set the quality standard, and personally handle complex or escalated cases while ensuring every deal is processed accurately, compliantly, and within defined SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of lease coordinators and support officers
• Set and enforce daily SLAs, quality standards and process discipline across the team
