**The job**
The Learning and Development Consultant, Sr takes the leadership role in designing, developing and delivering the organization ́s
blended learning experience, driving the delivery of the Learning and Development strategy for the company.
**What you will be doing**
- Deliver highly engaging, interactive training sessions in English for a global employee audience, ensuring learner engagement across regions.
- Facilitate leadership development programs with a strong focus on new manager readiness, equipping leaders with foundational skills to manage, coach, and develop their teams effectively.
