Senior Learning Designer & Change Enablement Lead

Old Mutual South Africa is seeking a Senior Learning Facilitator to design, develop, facilitate and evaluate practical learning solutions that enable employees to adopt new systems, processes and ways of working. You will lead the full learning cycle and partner with SMEs and project teams to drive adoption.

The role requires strong instructional design skills, experience in digital and blended learning, and the ability to simplify complex information for frontline staff.
