As Senior Learning Designer, you play an important role in bringing our global Retail Training programs to life for store teams around the world. You design and develop practical, engaging learning materials that help our 15,000 learners build the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver an award-winning customer experience in store.
In this role, you work closely with Training Program Managers, Learning Operations, International Trainers and other retail stakeholders in a dynamic international setting.
