Senior Learning Architect & Leadership Programs — Remote

Evergreen Nephrology seeks an experienced Learning & Development leader to design scalable learning programs for a distributed UAE workforce. You will own onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training, aligning strategy with measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with Clinical Operations and IT to weave SME insights into programs, while managing the LMS and authoring tools and tracking adoption and impact across the organization.
