Senior Lean Project Engineer - Manufacturing & CI

Kohler is seeking a Project Engineer SR (Industrial Engineer) to implement manufacturing processes and lead continuous improvement projects onsite in Juarez, Nuevo León, México. You will focus on efficiency, waste reduction, and safety while updating standard times and supporting Kaizen activities across plants.

The role requires a Bachelor in Engineering, five years of lean project experience, SAP/VIS familiarity, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.
