Work on the day shift, Monday to Friday. Develop manufacturing strategies and support their implementation. Conduct in‑depth analyses to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement. Generate detailed plans aligned with master schedules, ensuring communication, tracking, and progress follow‑up. Develop and implement robust and efficient operational processes. Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and director‑level operational dashboards. Identify major operational issues and propose effective action plans.
