Senior Leader, Applied AI Engineering

Roche seeks a Senior Product Leader - Head of Applied AI Engineering to define and execute the engineering strategy for agentic AI, overseeing multiple squads and a comprehensive SDLC. You will drive scalable, secure AI platforms and lead strategic workforce design across the Applied AI function.
