Senior Lead Physical Design Engineer - High-Speed I/O

ThunderSoft is seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Physical Design (PnR) Engineer to drive the full PD flow for high-speed PHY IPs. You will lead floorplanning, power planning, placement, CTS, routing, timing closure, and signoff, ensuring robust PPA and manufacturability.

You will collaborate with RTL, analog, and verification teams, mentor junior designers, and help optimize methodologies and automation scripts for faster tape-out on advanced nodes.
